Nimmo Bay Helicopter Fishing and Wildlife Adventures
Nimmo Bay, a luxury wilderness adventure resort, approached northStudio 5 years ago looking to redesign their web presence. They had an immediate need to rebuild their website with a search engine friendly content management system. We serviced their website with Drupal upgrades, feature improvements and of course search engine optimization and social media marketing.
In the Fall of 2010, Nimmo Bay asked us to redo their website once again. We completely rebuilt the website on a newer version of Drupal and developed and produced a new design. We knocked it out of the park with the addition of 360 Video and over 60 virtual tours of their resort and its surrounding glaciers, waterfalls, rivers, oceans, boat tours, amazing fishing spots and old growth forests. Completing the tours are breathtaking mountain and glacier views of the Coastal Mountain Scenery. This unique product was developed with northStudio.com and northStudio360's Virtual Tour and 360 Video Engineers.
The video northStudio360 - www.northStudio360.com created was a first for the Tourism and Resort industry. It took many days of exploring their resort and helicoptering around a 150 mile track of the Beautiful British Columbia Mainland to put this all together. We ended up with some amazing high quality footage of Nimmo Bay Resort, pristine waterfalls, snow capped mountain, rivers, glaciers, old growth forests, fishing holes where almost no one has ever been to and just some amazing coastal mountain scenery. We did this with our custom designed rig and our proprietary software to put it all together. Craig Murray owner of the Nimmo Bay resort made a call to his son Clifton Murray one of the Canadian Tenors and before we knew it we were given the go ahead to use the sound track ‘Hallelujah’ a Canadian Tenor Favourite.
