RSS Feeds

What in the world is an RSS? In short, RSS is an acronym that stands for "Really Simple Syndication". That is, using RSS technology, you can keep tabs on the content that your favourite web sites are posting. In lay terms, using RSS is like fetching information streams from various websites and having that information available right on your desktop. You will need to set up an RSS reader on your computer. Then, select any web site that offers an RSS feed. If you point your RSS reader at www.northstudio.com/feed, the reader will display headlines and previews of the most recently published northStudio blog post teasers with clickable links to the full length post.

Why an RSS you ask? The main advantage of using an RSS is that you can do away with time consuming updates to countless web site bookmarks,  and instead have any new content on those sites come directly to you.
