WHAT WE DID
Phoenix – An Event Management System.
Phoenix is an event management system built to host Johnson & Johnson’s corporate events, including seminars, training, and more. The system allows J&J employees to create, manage, and register for various internal and external events, as well as sending invitations outside the company.
One of the systems that J&J identified as useful early in the project’s life cycle was to utilize Salesforce in synchronizing event and contact information. The challenge with this approach was licensing cost – Salesforce’s front-end system was too expensive. A holistic solution would require a cost-effective front-end system
